Frequently Asked Questions

Where are you located?

Our office is based out of Nunica, Michigan.  However, we primarily work on-site or in remote locations to keep our overhead down. We pass the cost savings onto our client and are able to be on hand where ever and when ever we are needed.  We strive to keep customer service a key feature in our business process.

How would you handle larger projects?

We are a growing and fluctuating company.  We have an internal staff of independent contractors that all have a stake in keeping this business going and growing.  We are working on our business networks, finding the right connections with different people and groups to assure good talented people are available when we need them.  We are also connected to several larger local engineering firms that we partner with when the project exceeds our expertise or is larger than we can provide services for.  We perform the project management to assure those projects run smoothly.

Are you a temp service?

Though we do utilize independent contractors and have the ability to staff up as a project may require, we do not consider ourselves a temp service.  The primary difference is we supply the project support and training needed to perform the project's objective.  Temp services leave that part up to you.

What CAD Software do you utilize?

We have decades of experience utilizing AutoCAD (all versions).  We also have training and experience within Solid Works.  We have several customized menus and macros to make these programs even more efficient.  We can further customize these systems to your company's needs if desired with no licensing fees involved. This is an added bonus we include when helping you standardize your system.

Do you know 3D?

We are very familiar with the 3-D functions within in AutoCAD Mechanical Desktop and Solid Works.  With this knowledge we believe we can learn any other software’s 3-D program if needed.

Why are you so inexpensive?

We keep our overhead down by not owning an office building with support and resource expenses.  This is one less thing we have to cover in our billing rates.  Our philosophy is we don’t need to get rich, we just want to make a living and keep people working.

You keep mentioning cost savings how low are your rates?
